Chicken Kheema...!


Ingredients

Ground Chicken - 1 1/2 pound
cinnamon,cloves - 3 to 4 pieces each
onion - 1 (big)
tomato - 2 (medium sized)
ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoon
coconut -1/2 to 3/4 cup
fennel seeds -1 tsp (grind with coconut to a fine paste)
coriander powder.- 2 tsp
chili powder.- 1 tsp
curry leaves - few
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
1 tbsp Cumin powder
2 tsp Garam Masala powder
1 cup Green Peas
Cilantro
Salt
Method:

1. Wash chicken well and keep aside.
2. In a pan, fry cinnamon , cloves and then onion in 5 tablespoon of oil and when done ,add cut tomatoes,ginger garlic paste and continue till tomato is pulpy.Add green peas,& fry for a minute.
3. Now add washed chicken and mix for about 2 minutes and then add grinded paste of coconut with coriander fennel and chili powder and little bit of turmeric powder and salt. mix well for a minute.
4. Add half a cup of water and let it boil with lid closed for about 5 to 8 minutes.Add garam masala & fry for a minute.
5. When chicken is 3/4th boiled, add little oil now and then and fry for some more time till all the water is gone.
6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
