Pav-Bhaji...!


Ingredients:-

Potatoes-1 big(boiled,peeled)
Onions-2 medium(Finely chopped)
tomatoes-3 medium & firm(chopped)
Green pepper-3 medium(chopped,cooked)
cauliflower florets-1/2 cup(cooked)
green peas-1/2 cup
butter-1/2 cup
Pav-bhaji masala-2 tsp.
salt-as per taste
sugar-as per taste
red chilli powder-as per taste
lemon juice-as per taste
fresh coriander leaves(chopped)-1/2 cup
dinner rolls-8-10

Method:-

Pressure cook potato,& chopped green papers,peel the potato,& smash the potato,green paper together,& keep aside.

Take 1 tbsp.butter in a pan,add finely chopped onions,& fry till it becomes soft & pinkish,Now add chopped tomatoes,fry till they get cooked,Add 2 tsp.pav-bhaji masala,& fry for 2 minutes till the aroma starts coming out,add a mixture of smashed potatoes,& green paper,add microwaved cauliflower florets,& green peas,& fry for 2 minutes,add the veggies in a particular order,so that you can get the flavor of each vegetable individually.

Once all the veggies are blended together,add salt,red chilli powder,1/2 cup of water,& smash with a pav-bhaji smasher.

Add some more butter right before serving,garnish it with chopper coriander leaves,sprinkle some lemon juice,serve hot with buttered dinner rolls.

It is the most popular & yummiest dish.
