Daliya kheer...


Ingredients:-

daliya/cracked wheat-3 tbsp.
sugar/brown sugar/jaggery powder-1/2 cup
warm milk-2 cups
dry fruits of your choice-1/4 cup
pure ghee-3tsp.
saffron strands-for garnishing

Method:-

Take 3 tsp.of pure ghee in a pressure cooker,add daliya & fry it till it becomes golden brown,Add warm milk & mix well,as the milk starts boiling,add sugar,dry fruits of your choice & pressure cook it for 3-4 whistles,take it out in a serving bowl,garnish it with saffron strands,serve hot/cold as per your child's taste.
