Healthy Mushroom Pulao...

Enjoy this healthy,easy,quick,yet super delicious recipe when you are in hurry,or just not in a mood to cook big meals.


Ingredients:-

*1 cup cooked basmati/brown rice
*1 cup sliced mushrooms
*1/4 cup green peas
*1 large onion finely chopped
*Ginger-garlic paste-1 Tsp.each
*1 green chilli finely chopped excluding seeds
*Pure ghee-1Tsp.
*cumin seeds-1/2 Tsp.
*Cinnamon stick-1(4/5 small pieces)
*Grated parmesan cheese-to garnish
*Fresh mint leaves-To garnish

Method:-

*Heat pure ghee in a pan,add cumin seeds & cinnamon stick,fry for a sec.
*Add finely chopped onions & fry for a minute,add garlic & fry till the raw smell goes away
*Add ginger paste as the onions start changing its color,fry for a minute,add chopped chillies.
*Now add sliced mushroom,& green peas,& fry for a minute,Do not overcook mushrooms.
*Now add cooked rice,& fry for 2 minutes.
*Finally add grated parmesan cheese,& fresh mint leaves for garnishing.
*Serve hot with Raita.
