Corn Methi Pulao...


Ingredients:-
  • A bunch of inely chopped methi(fenugreek leaves)
  • Finely chopped onion-1 medium
  • Cooked biryani rice-2 bowls(Biryani rice is basmati whole grain rice cooked with whole garam masala)
  • steamed sweet corn-1 bowl
  • Deep fried onion slices for garnishing
  • cheese-to garnish
  • butter-1/4 stick
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric powder-1/4 tsp.
Method:-

1)Heat the pan,take butter in the pan,add some oil to it.
2)Fry finely chopped onion,add turmeric powder,& steamed sweet corn to it,fry for a min.
3)Add salt to taste,& little amount o water,& fry for another min.
4)Add chopped methi,& fry for a min.
5)Now add biryani rice,& quarter spoon of butter,& fry for 2 min.
6)Take out the rice in a serving bowl,garnish it with grated cheese,& deep fried onion slices.
