Aloo paratha...


Ingredients:-

Whole wheat flour-2 cups
yogurt-2 tsp.
Milk-4 tsp.
salt-As per taste
Water-as required

Stuffing:-

Potato boiled,peeled,mashed-2 medium
salt-as per taste
sugar-as per taste
green chillies-4-5 finely chopped
chaat masala-1/2tsp.
garam masala-1/2 tsp.

Method:-

Take 2 cups of whole wheat flour,add a pinch of salt,yogurt,milk,& water as required,& knead well to make dough,cover it with damp cloth,& keep aside for 15 minutes.

Take mashed potatoes,add salt,sugar,finely chopped green chillies,chaat masala,garam masala,chopped coriander leaves,mix well.

Make 8 equal portions of the dough,& 8 equal portions of the stuffing.

Take a ball of the dough & flatten it by pressing,place potato mixture on it,& again make it into a ball of the dough,sprinkle some flour & roll them into a paratha.Cook paratha well from both sides,sprinkle some oil/butter,& shallow fry over low heat,turn & again sprinkle some oil/butter on the other side,cook again on low heat till golden brown.Serve hot with yogurt & mango pickle.
