Ingredients:-
Fresh spinach puree-1 cup
Whole wheat flour-1 1/2 cup
salt-to taste
sugar-to taste
carom seeds(Owa)-1 tsp.
Milk-as required
Pure ghee-6tps.
Method:-
1)Take whole wheat flour in a bowl,Add saltsugar,spinach puree,carom seeds & milk,& knead into a soft dough.Rest the dough for about 15 min.
2)Divide the dough into equal portions & roll in dry flour,roll out a portion into a roti,spread a little ghee,& sprinkle a little flour.
3)Give a slit on side upto the center of the roti,& start rolling from one side of the slit to reach the other side,stand it upright,& press lightly,rest them for about 10 min.
4)Roll out into slightly thick parathas.
5)Heat tawa & place parathas over it.Spread ghee over it & cook for a min.Cook till both sides are evenly cooked & crisp.
6)Serve hot with chunda.
