Panner Bhurji

Ingredients:-
Grated Paneer-1 cup
Finely chopped onion-1
Chopped Tomato-1
Ginger-garlic paste-1 tsp.
cumin seeds-1 tsp.
mustard seeds-1 tsp.
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp.
Red chilli powder-1/4 tsp.
Salt-to taste
pinch of sugar
Green chillies chopped-1
cream-4tbsp.
oil-1 tbsp.
chopped coriender leaves-to garnish

Method:-
Heat oil in a pan,as the oil heats up add cumin seeds,ginger-garlic paste,& chopped onion,fry till the onions become golden brown,add chopped tomatoes,& fry for 2 minutes,add chopped green chilli,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,pinch of sugar,salt to taste,& mix well till masala gets cooked,& oil starts loosing out.
Now add grated paneer,& fry for 2 minutes.add a splash of water,& let it cook for a minute covered,after 2 minutes,add cream & mix well,let it cook for another minute,garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves,Serve hot with chapati,naan,or paratha.
